Digging To Plan

We excavate footings, beams and building areas to the depth and layout your plans call for, keeping the work accurate and the ground clean so the concrete crew has a solid, level base to form and pour.

On East Texas ground, we watch for the sand, clay and water that can complicate a dig, and plan for them so the job stays on track.

Grade & Compaction

A build needs level, compacted ground that will not settle. We rough-grade the site, build and compact pads where needed, and get the elevations right so the foundation sits true.

Compaction is where cheap site work fails. We do it right so your slab stays flat and your building stays square.

Drainage & Finish

We shape the site so water drains away from the building and off the pad, and rough-grade the surrounding ground so the finished project drains and works.
